1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation. 

 2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.

- **Anonymous**: "Great location for a family with boys, lots of fun water creatures to find. There were a couple negatives though. 
The horse pasture was very easily accessible for small children with no tighter bottom fencing, and my 1 year old actually got in to it, within seconds. She was able to run right under the gate, even being closely watched at all times.
Check in is not until 4pm, and check out is at 10am. Which means you do not receive a full days stay. And they have pretty involved check-out cleaning rules, which means your check out morning is basically all spent cleaning. We even had to strip all our own beds. When I asked if we could check out at 12, which I’ve done many places with zero issue, I was told they could accommodate that for $50. That felt almost extortionate. I have never stayed somewhere that needs an 8 hour turnover time. So that left us with a not so great feeling. But overall the home and property were just what we were looking for and we really enjoyed our stay." (8/5)
